DELIVERY

We currently offer nationwide shipping in New Zealand for a flat rate depending on your order size. This will be calculated for you at checkout.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days as every item is made to order. As we are a small business, please allow the full 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Due to COVID and the delay in postage, shipping times may vary. If you are wanting an urgent order, please get in contact via email and we can try to fast track your delivery for an additional cost.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we are here to help.

 

As all our items are personalised, please choose carefully when placing your order as we do not offer an exchange or refund if you change of mind. Also please ensure when entering any personalisation text that you type it exactly as you would like to have the vinyl lettering written (including capital and lower case letters and spaces) as we do not offer an exchange or refund for incorrect spelling or mistyping unless the fault is ours

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, please email us at cocostudionz@gmail.com within 10 business days to notify us of any concerns.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packing that you received it. It must be returned to us within 21 days from the date that you received it. 

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If it has been approved due to a fault of ours, we will replace or refund your item. 

Processing of your refund will occur within 5 days of receiving the item back.

Customers are responsible for the postage costs to return to us. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the fault is ours.
